Anti-Myb (v-myb, c-myb), clone 5G83

Transcription factor Myb is expressed in hematopoietic cells and immature gastroepithelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 2-4ug/ml for 2hrs at RT, Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:12.5-1:25 for 20 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Jurkat and Ls174T cells. Testis. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
