This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_002393.2, NP_803490.1). Reported variants NP_803490.1 and NP_803491.1 represent identical protein. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:8000, Western Blot: 0.2-0.5ug/ml, ~37kD band observed in Mouse and Rat Testis lysates (calculated MW of 37.6 kD according to Human NP_803490.1 and 38.8kD according to Rat NP_001009617.1)., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
