S-adenosyl-L-methionine-dependent methyltransferase that adds a methylphosphate cap at the 5'-end of 7SK snRNA, leading to stabilize it. Expressed in chronic myeloid leukemia cells, adrenal gland, brain, cerebellum, kidney, lung, mammary gland and testis. Weakly or not expressed in other tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:16000, Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: K562 cell line lysates, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
