Anti-Lipocalin-2 (Siderocalin, Oncogene 24p3, Neutrophil Gelatinase-associated Lipocalin, NGAL)

Lipocalin-2 is an iron-trafficking protein involved in multiple processes such as apoptosis, innate immunity and renal development. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (direct and indirect): 1:2000-1:5000, Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 using ECL, suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk, suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature, Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
