Anti-KIF18A, CT (KIF18A, Kinesin-like protein KIF18A, Marrow stromal KIF18A)

KIF18A is a member of the kinesin superfamily of microtubule-associated molecular motors (see MIM 148760) that use hydrolysis of ATP to produce force and movement along microtubules (Luboshits and Benayahu, 2005 [PubMed 15878648]).[supplied by OMIM]. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
