Anti-ISM2

The protein encoded by this gene contains a type 1 thrombospondin domain, which is present in thrombospondin, a number of proteins involved in the complement pathway, as well as in extracellular matrix proteins. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000, Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
