Anti-Interleukin 26 (Interleukin-26, AK155, IL-26, Protein AK155) (APC)

IL-26, also named AK155, belongs to the family of IL-10-related cytokines. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells. Human CD3+cells were treated with PMA and For Calcium Ionomycin were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Flow Cytometry Validation: For intracellular staining, cells must first be fixed and permeabilized. After permeabilization, 10ul of I8443-55D was added and the cells were incubated for 30 minutes at RT in the dark., 6. The cells were washed twice with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer., 7. The cells were resuspended in saline buffer for final flow cytometric analysis. As a control for this analysis, cells in a separate tube should be treated with APC-labeled mouse IgG1 antibody. This procedure may need to be modified, depending on the cell type and final utilization. Individual users may need to titrate to determine the optimal reagent amount for their specific use., Storage and Stability:, Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
