Anti-Interleukin 17F (IL-17F)

Interleukin-17F (IL-17F) is a disulfide-linked dimer belonging to the IL-17 family. IL-17 family proteins are pro-inflammatory cytokines that induce local cytokine production and are involved in the regulation of immune functions. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry (Intracellular): 2.5ug/10e6 cells using human peripheral blood mononuclear cells trested with PMA and calcium ionomycin, fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin., Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml using human TH17 cells treated with PMA., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
