Anti-Hsp110

Anti-Hsp110 Antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Hsp110 from Human, Monkey, Hamster, Rat, Mouse, Cow, Sheep, and Yeast based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Hsp110 from other sources has not been determined. Heat Shock research. Protein function: Prevents the aggregation of denatured proteins in cells under severe stress, on which the ATP levels decrease markedly. Inhibits HSPA8/HSC70 ATPase and chaperone activities.
