Anti-HCN4, clone S114-10

Anti-HCN4 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with HCN4 from Human, Rat, and Mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against other HCNs. Cross-reactivity with HCN4 from other sources has not been determined. Channels and Transporters research. Protein function: Hyperpolarization-activated ion channel with very slow activation and inactivation exhibiting weak selectivity for potassium over sodium ions. May contribute to the native pacemaker currents in heart (If) and in neurons (Ih). Activated by cAMP. May mediate responses to sour stimuli. [The UniProt Consortium]
