Anti-HAPLN1, NT (HAPLN1, CRTL1, Hyaluronan and proteoglycan link protein 1, Cartilage-linking protei

HAPLN1 belongs to the HAPLN family. It contains 1 Ig like V type (immunoglobulin like) domain and 2 Link domains. This protein stabilizes the aggregates of proteoglycan monomers with hyaluronic acid in the extracellular cartilage matrix. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:10-1:50, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
