Modulates Rho GTPase- dependent F-actin polymerization, organization and assembly, is involved in polarized cell migration and in the positive regulation of ciliogenesis and cilia elongation. During mammary gland development, is required in both the epithelial and stromal compartments for ductal outgrowth.
