Anti-Glypican 3 (Glypiated Proteoglycan 3) (APC)

Glypicans are GPI-anchored heparan sulfate proteoglycans that include a large globular cysteine-rich domain with 14 invariant cysteine residues, a stalk-like region containing the heparan sulfate attachment sites, and a C-terminal GPI attachment site. Glypicans are thought to function as low-affinity binding proteins that retain signaling molecules (cytokines, growth factors, proteases) at the cell surface. Glypicans are widely expressed in adult and fetal tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
