Anti-ERH (Enhancer Of Rudimentary Homolog, DROER, FLJ27340)

ERH, also known as enhancer of rudimentary homolog, is a ubiquitously expressed transcriptional coregulator that is highly conserved among eukaryotes. It may play a role in cell cycle regulation and pyrimidine biosynthesis. It has two casein kinase II phosphorylation sites that are thought to disrupt the ability of ERH to dimerize. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
