Cytomegalovirus gH is an important determinant of virus infectivity. The subunit structure associates with the gL-gH-gO complex. The interaction with gL is necessary for the correct processing and cell surface expression of gH. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Functional Assays and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
