Anti-CTRP6 (human)

Recognizes the N-terminal half of CTRP6 full-length protein. Detects bands of about 16kDa and about 32kDa by Western blot. Liquid. 0.2µm-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives. CTRP6 belongs to a highly conserved family of adiponectin paralogs. CTRP6 mediates activation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) in skeletal muscle cells, thereby regulating glucose and lipid metabolism. Mediates the phosphorylation of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC).
