Anti-CTRP3 (human)

Recognizes the N-terminal half of CTRP3 full-length protein. Detects bands of about 20kDa and about 35kDa by Western blot. Liquid. 0.2µm-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives. CTRP3 plays an important role in regulating both embryonic cartilage development and postnatal longitudinal bone growth. CTRP3 stimulation leads to ERK1/2-dependent cell proliferation in human osteosarcoma cell lines.
