Anti-Chicken Anemia Virus

Monospecific antiserum produced in SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) chicken, Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Suggested Secondary Antibodies: I1906-10: IgY, Chicken-HRP Rb x Ch , I1906-12: IgY, Chicken-FITC Rb x Ch , I1906-14: IgY, Chicken-AP Rb x Ch, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
