Anti-CD86 Allophycocyanin Conjugated, clone IT2.2

Allophycocyanin conjugated CD86 Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against human CD86. Reactivity is observed against human CD86. Cross reactivity is observed with Baboon, Capuchin Monkey, Common Marmoset, Cotton-topped Tamarin, Chimpanzee, Cynomolgus, and Rhesus . Reactivity with CD86 from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD86 is conjugated with APC under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated APC. Protein function: Receptor involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T-lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 production, by binding CD28 or CTLA-4. May play a critical role in the early events of T-cell activation and costimulation of naive T-cells, such as deciding between immunity and anergy that is made by T- cells within 24 hours after activation.
