Anti-CD83 (CD83 Antigen, hCD83, B-cell Activation Protein, BL11, Cell Surface Protein HB15)

Human CD83 is a type 1 cell surface glycoprotein expressed almost solely by dendritic cells that play an important role in antigen presentation (2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
