Anti-CD62L Phycoerythrin Conjugated, clone MEL-14

Phycoerythrin conjugated CD62L Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against mouse CD62L. Cross reactivity with CD62L from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD62L is conjugated with PE under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated PE. Protein function: Cell surface adhesion protein. Mediates the adherence of lymphocytes to endothelial cells of high endothelial venules in peripheral lymph nodes.
