Anti-CD49e (VLA-5, Integtrin alpha 5 Chain), clone 2Q969

CD49e antigen (GPIc or VLA-5 alpha chain), which can form distinct complexes with either the CD29 antigen (GP IIa or VLA beta chain), resulting in the VLA-5 (alpha 5 beta 1) complex which is expressed on human platelets. Applications: Suitable for use in Functional Studies, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Fusion Partner: SP2/0 myeloma cell line , Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
