CD44 is a cell surface antigen. CD44 is a glycoprotein of 85kD. It is expressed by T cells, B cells, macrophages and thymocytes. Expression is increased following activation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:50. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul., Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat anti-mouse IgG labeled with HRP conjugate (rat absorbed), Goat anti mouse IgG labeled with RPE (rat adsorbed), Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control, Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NSO/1 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
