CD44 is a glycoprotein of 85kD, with expression being increased following activation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50, Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul., Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. Not suitable for paraffin, Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: IgG Goat anti mouse IgG:FITC (rat adsorbed) , IgG Goat anti mouse IgG:RPE (rat adsorbed) , IgG Goat anti mouse IgG:HRP (rat adsorbed), Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R: IgG1 Murine Negative Control, Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NSO/1 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
