Anti-CD29 (Integrin beta1), clone 2Q854

The integrin beta 1 chain is a membrane glycoprotein (130kD) that can complex with the 6 different alpha-chains of the VLA's. It is also known as VLA beta 1-chain and the fibronectin receptor. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Flow cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
