Anti-CD22

Human CD22 expression is restricted to normal Ig+ mature B cells and neoplastic B cells. CD22 is a transmembrane glycoprotein of 140kD with a predicted adhesion molecule function. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ug/ml, use 80ul of this concentration per 5 x 10e5 cells., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Flow Cytometry Protocol: 1. 5 x 10e5 cultured Raji cells were incubated for 45 mins on ice with 80ul of 5ug/ml C2272-88G. , 2. Cells were washed twice and incubated with goat anti-mouse IgG-FITC., 3. After which they were washed three times, fixed and analzyed by FACS. , 4. Cells stained postive with a mean shift of 1.17 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a mouse IgG1 negative control. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
