Anti-CD14 (Monocyte Differentiation Antigen CD14, Myeloid Cell-specific Leucine-rich Glycoprotein) (

The CD14 molecule is comprised of 365 amino acids and is anchored to the plasma membrane via a cleavable phosphoinositol linkage. CD14 is the LPS and LPS-binding protein receptor and is expressed strongly by most peripheral blood monocytes and weakly on granulocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat- 1:10, 10ul labels 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-83Y1: IgG2a Negative Control Murine (FITC), Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. , Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
