Applications:, Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation (VCAM-1 integrin complex), Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. May be used for the following: studies of cell-cell interaction, cell adhesion assays, and inhibition of lymphopoieisis in Whitlock-Witte long-term marrow cultures. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Source: Tissue culture supernatant , Storage and Stability:, May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
