Anti-CD104 (Integrin beta4), FITC conjugated, clone 3H1804

Human beta4 integrin, also known as CD104, is a 205kD glycoprotein. It associates with the alpha6 integrin to form the alpha6/beta4 complex. CD104 is expressed on epithelial cells, Schwann cells and various tumor cell lines. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10, Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul, Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC), Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
