Human beta4 integrin is also known as CD104. It is a 205kD glycoprotein. which associates with the alpha6/beta4 complex. CD104 is expressed on epithelial cells, Schwann cells and various tumor cell lines. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot. and Immunofluorescence Not suitable for use with paraffin sections in Immunohistochemistry Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:100. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. , Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:500-1:1000, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Positive Control (IHC): Human Tonsil, Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab')2 (HRP) Pab Rb xMo, I1904-66A: IgG, F(ab')2, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Rb xMo, Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78M: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control, Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse Sp2/0 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
