May be similar to that of authentic calmodulin and may actually compete with calmodulin by binding, with different affinities, to cellular substrates. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
