Anti-CADM4, CT (Cell Adhesion Molecule 4, IgSF4C, NECL-4, IGSF4C, NECL4, TSLL2)

IGSF4C/TSLL2 is a membrane glycoprotein that along with TSLL1 and TSLC1 form a unique subfamily within the immunoglobulin superfamily. TSLL2 has been shown to be lost in prostate carcinomas and gliomas, suggesting that it may play a role in tumor suppression in addition to cell-cell interaction. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500 , ELISA: 1:20,000, Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
