Anti-CADM3

Anti-CADM3 antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. CADM3 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least three isoforms are known to exist, this antibody will only detect the two longest isoforms. CADM3 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other members of the CADM protein family. Protein function: Involved in the cell-cell adhesion. Has both calcium- independent homophilic cell-cell adhesion activity and calcium- independent heterophilic cell-cell adhesion activity with IGSF4, PVRL1 and PVRL3.
