Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10,000 dilution of this lot detected BRCA1 in HeLa nuclear extract., Immunohistochemistry: This antibody has been reported by an independent laboratory to detect BRCA1 in breast cancer tumor sections. , Immunoprecipitation: This antibody has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate BRCA1., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Included Positive Antigen Control: HeLa nuclear extract. Add an equal volume of Laemmli reducing sample buffer to 5-10ul of extract and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
