Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:4000 to 1:16,000 using 1.0 ug of Aldolase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC), Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Rabbit Muscle IgG molecule, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
