0.5 mg/ml with 0.1 mg/ml BSA (US sourced), 0.05% sodium azide. AGR2 (Anterior gradient protein 2 homolog) is thought to promote breast tumorigenesis and is overexpressed in breast cancer cells. High levels of AGR2 indicate a poor prognosis. This suggests it may serve as a useful prognostic indicator and marker of breast cancer metastasis. Protein function: Required for MUC2 post-transcriptional synthesis and secretion. May play a role in the production of mucus by intestinal cells.
