Strep-Tactin(R) 4Flow(R) high capacity columns are designed for purifying Strep-tag(R)II and Twin-Strep-tag(R) proteins via affinity chromatography in gravity flow. This product features a 4% cross-linked agarose beads coupled with Strep-Tactin(R), a variant of streptavidin. Strep-Tactin(R) selectively binds to proteins fused with a Strep-tag(R)II or Twin-Strep-tag(R) and enables targeted elution via desthiobiotin. It can be regenerated with 100 mM NaOH for multiple uses, offering a cost-effective solution. This product serves as an alternative to our Strep-Tactin(R)XT 4Flow(R) resins for proteins that are challenging to elute.
