Mouse IGFBP-5, recombinant (C-6His)

Recombinant Mouse Insulin-like Growth Factor-binding Protein 5 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Leu20-Glu271 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: IGF-binding proteins prolong the half-life of the IGFs and have been shown to either inhibit or stimulate the growth promoting effects of the IGFs on cell culture.
