Human HER4 kinase (ERBB4) (GenBank Accession No. NM_005235), amino acids 708-993. Specific Activity: 3.29 pmol/min/ug, Assay Condition: The enzyme reaction was carried out at 37ºC for 20 min in a buffer containing 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10mM of MgCl2, 1mM of MnCl2, 1mM of DTT and 1mM of ATP, 1ug/ml poly(Glu4-Tyr) peptide substrate. Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
