LipidLaunch(TM) Ionizable Lipid LNP Screening Set

The LipidLaunchTM Ionizable Lipid LNP Screening Set includes 12 ionizable cationic and cationic lipids to screen for use in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations. The lipids are formulated at 10 mg/ml in ethanol for ease of addition to lipid mixes for LNP formulation. Lipids selected for this screening set include FDA-approved excipients, as well as some of the most commonly cited lipids used in nucleic acid-cargo LNPs. LNPs containing these lipids in combination with a sterol lipid, a phospholipid, and a PEGylated lipid have been used to encapsulate mRNA, plasmid DNA, siRNA, and other nucleic acid cargo for intracellular delivery.
