Dietary administration of 1,2,3-trioctanoyl glycerol (260 g/kg diet) increases hepatic and adipose tissue glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH), citrate cleavage enzyme (CCE), and malic enzyme activities in rats.
