TH10785

TH10785 is an 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase 1 (OGG1) activator. It increases OGG1-mediated excision of 8-oxoguanine (8-hydroxyguanine, Cay-89290) in duplex oligonucleotides when used at a concentration of 10 µM. TH10785 (10, 30, or 100 µM) inhibits oxidative damage in A549 cells induced by paraquat (Cay-38521). It reduces opacity and vacuole formation induced by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in primary rat lenses when used at a concentration of 10 µM..
