Tegobuvir

Tegobuvir is a non-nucleoside inhibitor of hepatitis C virus (HCV) non-structural protein 5B (NS5B). It reduces viral infectivity in cells expressing wild-type HCV 1b NS5B but not mutant NS5Bs.
