TC JL 37

TC JL 37 is an inhibitor of tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2, Ki = 1. nM). It inhibits IL-12-induced phosphorylation of STAT4 in cells and IL-12- and IL-18-induced IFN-gamma production in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs, EC50s = 224 and 168 nM, respectively).
