Razoxane

A racemic mixture of dexrazoxane and levrazoxane, inhibits TOP2A and TOP2B only weakly (IC50s = 301 and 505 µM, respectively), slows tumor growth, normalizes vasculature, and prevents metastases in murine Lewis lung carcinoma models at 30 mg/kg.
