Omidenepag (free acid)

A non-prostaglandin EP2 receptor agonist, selectively binds to human EP2 over EP1, EP3, and EP4 receptors (IC50s = 10, >10,000, >10,000, and 5,480 nM, respectively), induces cAMP accumulation in HEK293 cells expressing human EP2 receptors (EC50 = 1.1 nM).
