Olaparib-d4 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of olaparib (Cay-10621) by GC- or LC-MS. Olaparib is a potent inhibitor of PARP1 and PARP2 (IC50s = 5 and 1 nM, respectively) but is less effective against the PARP tankyrase-1 (IC50 = 1.5 µM).
