MCP110

MCP110 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between Ras and Raf-1. It inhibits the interaction between H-Ras and Raf-1 in a yeast two-hybrid assay when used at a concentration of 30 µM. MCP110 (20 µM) inhibits Ras-induced activation of Raf-1 and MEK1 activity in HT-1080 fibrosarcoma cells.
