hVEGF-IN-1

hVEGF-IN-1 is an inhibitor of VEGFA translation. It binds to the mRNA encoding VEGF-A (Kd = 4.64 µM) and decreases its translation when used at a concentration of 1.5 µM. hVEGF-IN-1 (3 µM) reduces migration of MCF-7 breast cancer cells.
