Description: FERULIC ACID METHYL ESTER (Methyl ferulate) is a hydroxycinnamic acid that is abundant in plants and originally derived from giant fennel (F. communis). This naturally-occurring phenolic has antioxidant activities that provide protection against inflammation and cancer.
